First of all, please make sure you've completed all the steps for adding a PicBadge to your Facebook profile picture. Before following the tutorial, it is recommended to clear all of your browser's temporary files and cookies.
If you have a popup blocker installed with your browser please disable it and try to add the PicBadge again.
Uploading problems are sometimes related to temporary Facebook issues and are usually resolved within a few hours.
You can try to do the following:
1. Logout from Facebook, and logout from PicBadges as well.
2. Close all your browser windows.
3. Open your browser and clear all of your browser's temporary files and cookies.
4. Go to picbadges.com and try again.
